    Wilmot Veterinary Clinic is a member of the following Veterinary Associations;

    Canadian Veterinary Medical Association
    The Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA) is the national voice for the veterinary profession dedicated to serving and representing the veterinarians of Canada. The Association is committed to excellence within the profession and to the well-being of animals. It shall promote public awareness of the contribution of animals and veterinarians to society.  As a member Dr Lofsky also receives a subscription to the Canadian Veterinary Journal that details the most current advances in veterinary medicine.

    Ontario Veterinary Medical Association
    The Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) represents more than 3,000 Ontario veterinarians in private practice, government, academia, industry and public service. Its mandate includes the provision of economic research, continuing education and professional development, increasing public awareness, government relations, and member services.

    Golden Triangle Veterinary Academy
    The Golden Triangle Veterinary Academy (GTVA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides continuing education for veterinarians in the Golden Triangle region (South-Western Ontario).  As a subscriber Dr Lofsky regularly attends the lectures dealing with the most recent updates in veterinary medicine and surgery.

    American Association of Feline Practitioners
    The American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP) improves the health and welfare of cats by supporting high standards of practice, continuing education, and scientific investigation.  As a member Dr Lofsky also receives the Journal of feline medicine and surgery which deals with latest research and position statements in feline medicine.

    The Veterinary Information Network
    The Veterinary Information Network (VIN) is an online portal where Veterinarians may discuss cases and keep up to date on the newest medical advances made in Veterinary Medicine. There are many consultants who are specialists in their area that will comment on various cases to provide opinion and guidance to Dr Lofsky.

  • One Vet For Your Pet


    A recent survey of Ontario pet owners revealed the 85% of pet owners would prefer to see the same veterinarian for every visit.  At wilmot veterinary clinic Dr Lofsky will be the only veterinarian for your pet.   

  • Our Fees and Payment Options


    Due to the regulations imposed by College of Veterinarians of Ontario veterinarians are not allowed advertise the costs of their products and services.  However if you do give us a call we are allowed and will gladly disclose the costs of our products and services over the phone.   
     
    Payment options

    Payment is required directly after treatment. We accept Visa, MasterCard Debit and Cash.  We do not accept cheques. Financing is available through a third party financing company.  To apply for financing please click here.
